Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may request an exchange, credit or refund on all purchases within 14 days of making payment, providing proof of purchase can be produced, original tags are attached and items are in original unworn condition.

In the case of unavailable stock on an exchange, the customer will receive a credit or full refund as preferred.

Run Brave reserves the right to examine the returned product(s) to determine whether a product is faulty or in its original unworn condition. No items soiled with deodorant or make-up will be accepted for exchange or return.

Run Brave will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery or your product is lost in transit.

All monies can only be refunded to the account from which original payment was received.

Shipping charges from the original purchase are not included in refunds unless items are defective or the incorrect item was delivered.

Process for returns

  1. Email to advise of the return
  2. Buy a prepaid plastic satchel from Australia Post and insert:
  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Photo copy OR original purchase receipt
  1. Ensure you keep hold of the tracking number
  2. Send the satchel to:

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), a Run Brave representative will examine each returned item. You will receive a response within 72 hours of the garments arriving at Run Brave distribution centre.
